These terms are a prelaunch draft for Dicky, operated by Daniel Pospíchal. They require legal review and completed business contact details before publication.

The service

Dicky is a macOS dictation app with optional account sync, a voice companion, free usage and a paid Premium plan. Features and usage limits shown in the app at purchase are part of your order. Availability depends on supported devices, an internet connection and third party services.

Your account and content

Keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for text you choose to dictate and for checking the result before using it. Dicky must not be used unlawfully or to interfere with the service.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions renew at the price and interval shown before checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues for the paid period unless the purchase terms or applicable law say otherwise. Payment and billing are handled through Stripe. Refund and consumer rights must be specified in the final reviewed terms.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. Contact details and governing terms will be added before launch.
